The Breast Implant Illness Bridge Program

The Best Program Available for Helping You Bridge the Gap Between Suffering from Breast Implant Illness, and Feeling Beautiful & Confident Through Whole Body Healing for Both Pre-Operation and Post-Operation phases.

Healing Focused Community

Gain access to a huge community of women who are also learning about and/or healing from breast implant illness. You'll get direct access to me, and other women who are going through the program or who have been through it already.

Pre-Op & Post-Op Phases Available

There's a big difference between still having your breast implants (decided on or even considering removing them) vs. having an explant surgery. This program covers both phases so you can focus on either the preparation phase or post-explant phase.

Weekly Based Content

This program was created to be consumed weekly, with easy-to-access content that you can watch, listen to and read at anytime. Additionally, you can go through the program at your own pace - as slow or as fast as you'd like.
It's important that you have both options.

What is the B.I.I. Bridge Program?

BII stands for Breast Implant Illness, and BRIDGE is an acronym for the areas addressed and/or supported while you are in our program:

BII BRIDGE is a mind & body focused program for any woman wanting to look and feel better, both before and after her explant. It’s not just the mind or just the body – it has to be about both.

A Two-Phase Approach

There is a huge difference with what you're going through physically and emotionally before your explant surgery and after your explant surgery. This is why there are two phases offered for the B.I.I. Bridge Program: Pre-Op Phase (called 'Fighter Phase') and Post-Op Phase (called 'Warrior Phase'). You can enroll in either phase, or get both!

Who Created the B.I.I. Bridge Program?

Hi. 🙂 I'm Christina, and I've been exactly where you are, with the same fears, questions and thoughts running anxiously through my mind. I created BII Bridge because it was the program that I WISH I had when I discovered Breast Implant Illness. My program utilizes some of the detox protocols and supplements created by Wendy Myers, FDN-P, NC, CHHC, to help make the BII Bridge the most effective pre and post-op program available anywhere.

Here's What Other Women Have Said About The BII Bridge Program

These ladies know what they are doing talking about and have done so much research. I love that this is a holistic program with lots of attention for self-love and emotions (besides all of the physical stuff of course). Highly recommended support program for your explant journey!
Stacey Sherida
I am SO thankful for this group and your guidance! I don't know what I would have done without it! This program was a true BLESSING!
Tiffany Fletcher
First, thank you for all your help these past 12 weeks!! I believe guidance is very needed in this detox area, as there is so much info out there it’s very hard to navigate. I like the units and how everything is laid out weekly. I also like the links to products and supplements and the name brands with how or where to purchase. Guidance is truly needed and I loved all the videos.
Mary Socha
I liked everything about the program, honestly. The things that helped me the most were the emotional and calming methods, the tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) and constantly reminding myself that I'm not alone in this. Thank you so much for bringing up things that are hugely important. I appreciate the program so, so much.

You both have been exceptionally helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. So much informational hand outs to print and able to reference easily. I highly recommend this course 😄 Its just so nice to know you have someone right at your finger tips to help you get ready before surgery with the right mindset and getting physically prepared during the Fighter Phase. Join us for the new Bridge group!

It was a great experience, to be able to share with other women and to hear your perspectives! It was ALL awesome content and you two are passionate about helping women. I felt confident learning from both of you and always felt supported. Your ability to connect with women all over the country is a blessing and any woman would be fortunate to be able to go though your program! I felt safe and during a time of sheer terror, you guys made it easy to know what to do. You had a kind word when I felt lost. You both will forever be a part of my story! 💖

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, yes, yes – absolutely. This program is the only one of its kind that directly focuses on educating and supporting women through both pre-explant and post-explant stages. Breast implant illness is at its worst before you explant, obviously, and this program could be of immense help, support and value for you. 🙂

There are two specific phases of the BII Bridge program, and one of them is the Warrior Phase — which is for post-explant. This is a critical time for your body’s healing and you’ll find so much help, support and value in this phase of the program.

Yes, you absolutely will. I pride myself on being accessible to women who need support and am committed to giving you the access you need during this important time of your life. I am very active in the BII Bridge Community Facebook group, and even go LIVE very frequently to questions that women like you might have.

It is very important that a program like this one can be gone through “at your own pace.” Most of us women are quite busy and we juggle a lot in life. You’ll be guided carefully through each week in a linear process, but there is no deadline or pressure. Take a week or two off when or if needed — then get back to it when the time is right for you.

Yes, there is a payment plan option that allows you to get started with the BII Bridge Program now with a low investment today, and only two additional monthly payments afterwards.
